Sentinel Group (Sentinel) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Domingos Branco to the role of General Manager. Domingos is taking over as GM as part of the restructure of Sentinel since it was acquired by Paulo Passos in December 2021 becoming 100% Timorese owned . In Domingos’s time at Sentinel, he has overseen significant restructuring of several key areas of the business to reinforce Sentinel’s position as a leader in the provision of security and secure transport services in Timor Leste.
Domingos’s appointment to the role of General Manager is a natural progression from his previous role at Sentinel as the Deputy Director where he was an integral part of the core leadership team. The continuity his appointment provides, combined with his focus on the maintenance of existing client relationships and Government liasion will ensure that the levels of service provision and quality remain high and client expectations are exceeded. Domingos will also be focussed on managing the overall operations of a company to further strengthen Sentinel’s position as the security provider of choice for some of the biggest names in Timor Leste.
Domingos is a proven operator and leader who has been with Sentinel since it was founded in 2012, over 10 years’ experience as a senior manager specialising in strategic planning, project management, security and logistics and concluded his MBA in Dili Institute Technology (DIT).
Sentinel currently services 30 clients and over 45 locations and employs over 350 staff members across Timor Leste. Our services include static unarmed guarding, mobile patrols, access and egress management, Rapid Response Teams (RRT), secure transportation services, security technology solutions, corporate advisory services, intelligence reporting and investigations.
